2 lb. beef, cut in bite size pieces
4 or 5 stalks of celery
4 or 5 potatoes
3 large onions
3 cans beef broth
1 small can tomatoes
4 or 5 carrots
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
5 T. tapioca

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325.

Cut all vegetables in bite size pieces. Mix everything in large
roaster pan. Cover and cook for three hours.
