2 lb. sirloin, cut into bite size pieces
2 c. beef broth
1 c. sliced mushroom (generous cup)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 3/4-oz. pkg. onion gravy mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300.

Do not brown meat. Place everything in large casserole dish and
place uncovered in the oven for five hours. Stir occasionally and
cover with foil if necessary. Serve over rice, noodles or
potatoes.
