2 cups broccoli, cooked
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cups milk
3 eggs
1/2 cup Bisquick mix
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix broccoli, onion, pepper, and cheese together in baking dish. Beat remaining ingredients or put in blender until smooth. Pour over veggie mixture. Bake at 350 until golden brown or when knife comes out clean (about 30-40 minutes). If it starts to over brown, place a piece of foil over it lightly. Let rest before serving for 10 minutes for clean cut.
