1 pint heavy cream
1 pound chopped semi-sweet chocolate (get good stuff!)
6 Tbsp salted butter, softened and cut into pieces

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, bring cream to a boil. Take cream off heat and submerge chocolate and butter. Do not stir for 5-10 minutes, then stir until smooth. Let sit at room temperature, then awhile in the fridge. Form into small balls and roll in your choice of crushed nuts, powdered sugar, powdered cocoa or crushed chocolate covered coffee beans.

These absolutely are chocolate heaven. Ian and I make these on Christmas morning and eat them for breakfast!
