1/4 c. salt
2 T. celery salt
2 T. dry mustard
1 T. thyme
1 t. red pepper
1 c. dark brown sugar
4 T. black pepper
2 T. onion salt
2 T. ground allspice
2 T. chili powder
1 t. Lawry's seasoned salt

Mix all ingredients and store in jar. When ready to use, rub over desired meat before grilling.
