1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 c. sugar
3 1-ounce squares unsweetened chocolate, broken up
1 c. water
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn syrup, sugar and water; cook to soft-ball stage (236). Remove from heat; add chocolate; stir until melted. Add vanilla. Slowly add evaporated milk; mix thoroughly. Cool. Makes 1 3/4 c. sauce.
