10 zucchini, ground
4 c. onions, ground
5 t. salt (1/3 c.)
2 green peppers, ground
2 red peppers, ground
2 c. vinegar
5 c. sugar (4 c. is recommended)
1 tsp. pepper
1 T. turmeric
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 T. celery seeds
1 T. mustard seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Use a food processor to grind the zucchini and onions. Mix to together with the salt. Stir and let stand overnight. Drain and rinse in cold water. Do this twice. Do not take all the moisture out. Then add remaining ingredients. Cook 1/2 hour on medium heat and process. Cook until bell peppers and onion are cooked.
