1 pound carrots, pared and thinly sliced
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 t. salt
1 t. grated orange rind
2 T brown sugar
1 T margarine
1/2 t. parsley flakes
2 T sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine carrots, orange juice, and salt in medium saucepan. Cover and cook over medium flame until crisp tender. Sitr in orange rind, brown sugar, and margarine; cook until carrots are glazed. Toss iwth parsley and almonds.
