fresh okra, trimmed and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1-2 Tbsp butter
Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning, to taste

Melt butter in cast iron skillet over medium to medium/high heat. Add okra and sprinkle with Tony's. Cook, stirring occasionally, until okra is brown.
