1 # Hambugar meat
1 lg. onion
1 pk saltine crackers
1 egg
1 can tomatoe sauce.
1 jar pocanti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
crumble cracker crumbs. Chop onion.

Mix hamburgar meat, pocanti sauce, cracker crumbs, chopped onion. Form into a loaf . pour tomatoe sauce (small can) and remaining pocantisauce over the top. Can add sliced bell peppers if desired.
