3 CUPS SUGAR
1/2 C LT CORN SYRUP
3/4 C WATER
1 TSP.vailla
1/4 C EGG WHITES
(2 AVERAGE SIZE EGGS)
3/4 C SHOPPED WALNUTS.

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar water and syrup, until it forms hard ball. Add salt and vanilla to egg whites. whip with electric beater.
Whip whites until stiff, moist peaks form; when beater is withdrawn. Don't overbeat.
Beat in hot syrup slowly, pouring a thim stream from a heigth of 1 ft. (High speed)
Continue beating until misture will almost hold its shape, but is still golssy.
