2 lbs scallops
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
1 tbls lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt,garlic salt and pepper
1 tbls white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325.
Wash and dry scallps. Then place them in a buttered baking dish.
Mix remainder of the ingredients and place on top of the scallps.

Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
