16 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 cups red onions, sliced or diced
1/2 cup red cooking wine
2 tsp granulated garlic
2 oz beef base
3 oz butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and beef base, add onions and garlic and saute for five minutes. Add wine and simmer for ten minutes. Add mushrooms and mix well. Cook for five minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Serve on top of grilled steak.
