2/3 c. confectioners' sugar
3/4 c. butter, softened
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 T. flour
1/4.c. lemon juice
Additional confectioners' sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine flour, sugar and butter until crumbly; pat into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan. Bake at 350 for 20 min.

2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, flour and lemon juice until frothy; pour over the hot crust.

3. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min. or until light golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Dust with confectioners' sugar. Cut into squares.
