1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. chutney, chopped
1/3 c. green onions, chopped, save some for garnish
1/3 c. raisins, chopped
1/3 c. coconut, shredded
1 c. chicken, cooked and chopped
1/2 c. salted peanuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream and curry powder. Process until smooth. Spread mixture on a platter, serving plate, or quiche dish. Top with the chutney, green onions, raisins, coconut, chicken and peanuts, in that order. Cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours or overnight. Serve with assorted crackers
