2-3 lb frying chicken, cut up
1/2 cup water
6 Tbls vegetable oil
6 Tbls worchestershire sauce
3 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup chili sauce or ketchup
2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all except chicken in pan. Heat and simmer 10 minutes. Place chicken, skin side up, in baking pan. Pour half of sauce over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes - baste with remaining sauce every 15 minutes.
