2 cans of cut green beans
2 cans of whole kernel corn
2 cans of cut carrots
1 can chicken broth
1 large onion cut in chunks
6 cloves of garlic diced
1 lb of ground beef
4 potatoes cut in chunks
1 can of beer ( optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In large soup pot, pour in all ingredients except the ground beef. Add enough water to fill pot 2/3rds full. Bring to a boil and add ground beef a big pinch at a time until all is added. Simmer for 30 minutes.
