1 cup minute rice, cooked
2 pkgs frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 (8 oz) jar cheese whiz
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz) can sliced water chestnuts
3 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350. Prepare 9x13 glass dish by spraying with pam. Heat undiluted chicken soup and cheese whiz until smooth. Gradually add milk, butter, onion and chestnuts. Pour cheese mixture into large bowl and add cooked rice and gently stir in broccoli. Bake for 1 hour.
