1 lb. can crushed pineapple 1 can strawberry or cherry pie filling 1 yellow or white cake mix 1 ½ sticks butter 1 cup chopped pecans
Pour pineapple in bottom of greased 9 X12 inch cake pan. Add strawberry or cherry pie filling, spoonsful at a time, over pineapple. Do not mix. Sprinkle dry cake mix over top of strawberry or cherry pie filling mix. Pour melted butter over the cake mix. Sprinkle pecans on top and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
