1 1/2 lb veal round
2 med eggs beaten
1 T milk
1 c flour
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 med lemons sliced
6 sprigs parsley
2 c oil
1 1/2 c dry bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Pound thin veal slices flat. Wash & dry meat. Blend beaten eggs, milk and seasonings in a bowl. Dredge with flour then dip into egg mixture. Drip excess off and then coat with bread crumbs. Fry in deep hot oil til golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Garnish with lemon sliced and parsley. Squeeze lemon on meat and serve.
