3 medium size bananas 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened 1 can eagle brand milk 1/3 cup lemon juice 1 tsp vanilla 1 9-inch baked pie shell
Slice two bananas and line the pie shell. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy and gradually add condensed milk. When mixture is smooth, stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into pie shell and chill until firm. Before serving, slice the third banana and arrange on top of pie.
