1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs, divided
3 Tbsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup coconut
1 9-inch unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. In medium bowl, blend butter and sugar. Add egg yolks and mix well. Add vanilla, vinegar; mixing well and stir in coconut. Bake for one hour until done.
