1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
32 oz. bag frozen hash browns
1 lb. bag frozen mixed vegetables
2 cans cream of mushroom soup (add milk until like gravy)
1/2 t. pepper
2 8 oz. cans crescent rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. In 12-inch skillet, cook ground beef and onion, drain. Stir in potatoes, vegetables and soup. Boil; reduce heat to medium, cover, cook 8-10 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in salt and pepper. Spoon into 13x9 baking dish. Unroll dough, separate into triangles. Place triangles over hot mixture with points towards center of casserole. Bake 15-20 minutes, until crescents are golden brown and mixture is bubbly at edges.
