1 cup sugar 4 eggs 2 cups milk 1 tsp vanilla dash of nutmeg 1 unbaked pie shell
Preheat oven to 350º. In medium bowl, cream sugar and eggs. Add milk and vanilla and mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell, dot with butter and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
