2 lbs. of crabmeat
1 tables old bay
2 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 cup mayo
1 tsp. fresh chopped parsley
2 tsp minced onion (optional)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
2 tsp beau monde (found in spice aisle)
1-2 cups bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix spices, then beaten egg with mayo. Mix together with crabmeat. If it's a little dry, add a little mix to the blend. Form them into patties and cover with breadcrumbs. Fry in an electric skillet
at 350 till brown.
