1 medium head of green cabbage
1 stick of butter
yellow onion (chopped)
1 bag of medium wide noodles
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the cabbage into quartered wedges. Shred each wedge at inch slices.
Melt the butter in a large pan, then add the chopped onion. Sautee onion for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.Add the shredded cabbage to the onion mixture. Mix the cabbage until blended well with the onion mixture.
Cover the cabbage and simmer on low heat until the cabbage is cooked down to a very light brown color around the edge (approximately hour).
Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley flakes. Stir. Boil water in a large pot and cook the noodles al dente. Drain, and add to the cabbage. Stir well, cover, and simmer an additional
10 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve in a glass bowl, and ENJOY!
