2 pkg Cream Cheese, softened
1 pkg Original Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
1 C Shredded cheddar cheese (reserve some for top)
1/2 C Green onions, chopped
1/2 can Beer (roughly 6 oz.)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, most of the shredded cheddar cheese, most of the green onions, and beer together in a blender or food processor.
If the dip is too thick then add some more beer.
Put in a nice dish and top with remaining shredded cheese and green onion to garnish. Serve with pretzels.
