Ingredients:
Ingredients:
9 large eggs
8 slices sharp cheddar cheese
12 slices Pepperidge farm bread (slice off crusts)
3 cups milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard (I use regular mustard)
1 teaspoon salt & pepper to taste
1.5 lbs ground sausage, browned & drained

Directions:
Directions:
Assemble by buttering 1 side of the bread. Place half of the bread (6 slices) on bottom of 9 X 13 dish; add the meat and cheese. Repeat another layer. Mix eggs, milk and seasonings; pour over assembled bread, meat & cheese. Cover & refrigerate over night.
Bake @ 350 for 45-50 minutes, or until middle is firm.
I bake mine on the middle rack in a glass dish. I like to keep a loose foil cover on it until its almost done, then I take It off so it will brown a little on top, also add some grated cheese at that
time, turn off oven, let sit in oven for 5 min, this helps it to firm up. Enjoy!
