2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1/4 c. cocoa 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 2 c. shredded zucchini 2 tsp. vanilla
Mix all ingredients until moist. (Mixture will be thick). Spread in a 9X13 pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean. These brownies are yummy with or without chocolate frosting.
