1 16 oz. pkg. of uncooked penne pasta
1 8 oz. bottle of zesty Italian salad dressing
2 lg. tomatoes, chopped (2 cups)
1 7 oz. jar sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained & chopped (1/2 cup)
2 pkgs. crumbled feta cheese
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 c. capers, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta in boiling salted water (4 qts. water and 1 T. salt) until almost tender (approx 11 minutes); drain. Rinse w/cold water; drain. In large bowl, combine pasta & dressing. Stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate, covered for several hours or overnight.

A co-worker bought this salad at Byerlys grocery store. I stopped there and they had the recipe card sitting on the counter in the deli section. It was a fabulous salad!
