2 cans Crescent rolls
2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cups sugar (divided)
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg yolk, beaten
1/2 cup pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Spray Pam in a 9x13 dish. Place one can of Crescent rolls into bottom of dish. Pinch edges together to remove the perforations, for the cheese mixture to have a smoother layer. Mix with mixer: cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla. Spread over bottom layer of rolls. Spread the other can of rolls over the top of the cheese mixture. Brush the rolls with the egg yolk. Mix 1/4 cup sugar and pecans. Sprinkle over the top. Bake about 30 minutes at 350.
