2 cups plain flour 1 cup self-rising flour 1 (12 oz) pkg New York sharp Cheddar cheese (no substitutes) 1 cup margarine 2 cups Rice Krispies 1 tsp red pepper
Sift flours and pepper. Melt cheese and butter in heavy saucepan over low heat or use microwave oven. Add flour mixture. Stir in Rice Krispies. Mix thoroughly. Roll in small balls. Pat thin on cookie sheet. Bake 375º for 10-12 minutes.
