6 English muffins
1 (9 oz) can chicken, drained
3/4 stick of butter, at room temp
1 (5 oz) jar Old English sharp cheddar cheese, room temp
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Split English muffins. Soften butter and cheese (I use microwave). Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Spread on all muffin halves. Cut each muffin half into 4 pieces and place on cookie sheet. Freeze at least 30 minutes. Broil until puffy and bubbly, about 5 minutes.

OPTIONS: Chopped black or green olives make a good addition or substitution for the chicken. After pieces are frozen, they may be placed in plastic bag and used as needed. 1 or 2 tsp hot sauce may also be added.
