Ingredients:  
1/2 med onion diced or 1 T. dehydrated onion
2 med slices of ham, cubed
1 cube butter
1/2 C. flour
8 C. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 C. grated cheddar cheese
3 cans corn
3-4 c. mashed potatoes (can use potato flakes or pearls)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the ham and onion in the butter. Add flour and stir. Turn heat to low and add milk slowly, stirring constantly. Add salt and pepper. Stir over med/low heat until almost a boil. Add corn, potatoes, and cheese. Heat through and serve
