4 large russet or baking potatoes
3 T. oil

Coating:
1 T. grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. dried oregano
1/8 tsp. Onion Salt
1/8 tsp. Chili Powder
1/8 tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel & cut potatoes in1/2-in. thick lengthwise strips.
2. Spread potatoes in single layer on a 15X11 baking pan.
3. Drizzle oil over potatoes turning to coat evenly.
4. Sprinkle half the seasoning mix over potatoes.
5. Bake 12 minutes at 400 degrees.
6. Turn potatoes with spatula, sprinkle with remaining seasoning mixture.
7. Bake 12 to 15 minutes longer, or until tender
