3 C. scalded milk
9 C. sifted flour
3/4 C. warm water
1 T. salt
3 T. dry yeast
3 beaten eggs
C. sugar
1/4 C. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix milk, salt, sugar, & oil. Beat the eggs and add to the milk mixture. Pour the yeast mixture in with the milk mixture. Gradually add flour, mixing thoroughly. It will be a very sticky dough. Let rise 1 hour. Punch down and let rise another hour. Melt cube of butter and spread on cookie sheet. Butter hands and pinch off pieces of dough, shape into rolls. Let rise 15-20 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees, 15 -20
