1 1/2 cups sugar
6 Tbsp flour
3 large cans crushed pineapple, drained (but save the juice)
6 Tbsp pineapple juice
3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and flour together. Add other ingredients and put in 9x13 casserole dish. Melt butter or margarine. Crush Ritz crackers and mix with the butter. Spread over casserole. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes--I cook mine another 10+ minutes until it begins to brown.
