1 small pkg instant pistachio pudding
1 (16 oz) can pineapple tidbits
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple
1 cup shredded coconut (I use frozen)
1 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
1 (12 -16 oz) tub Cool Whip
1 cup miniature marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix both cans of pineapple (juices included) and sprinkle the pudding on top. Let stand for about 3 minutes. Next, mix the nuts and coconut and using large spoon, blend into the mixture. Slowly mix in the Cool Whip and the marshmallows. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
