2 pkgs orange Jello
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
2 cups boiling water
1 small can frozen orange juice
1 small can crushed pineapple, undrained

Topping:
1 pkg instant lemon pudding
1 cup milk
8 oz Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water; add other ingredients and congeal.
Mix pudding in milk and fold in Cool Whip. Mix well. Add to congealed salad and chill.
