2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cups white Karo
3/4 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 pint whipping cream (or half and half)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine half of the cream, sugar, and syrup. Bring to boil. Add rest of cream and butter so that it does not stop boiling. Cook to firm ball (248 on a candy thermometer). Add vanilla. Pour into 9x13 pan. When cool, cut into squares and wrap in Saran Wrap.
