3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. blueberries
Topping:
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. soft butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, shortening and egg; stir in milk. Blend in flour, baking powder and salt; fold in blueberries. Pour into a greased and floured 9" square pan. Sprinkle with topping.

Bake in a 375 oven until toothpick comes out clean, about 45-50 minutes.
