1 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
8 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped pecans
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and pepper in a mixing bowl. Cut in cheese and butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add pecans and egg yolks. Stir until combined. Form into a ball and knead until it all holds together. Divide dough in half and shape each half into a 9" log. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Heat oven to 425. Slice each log into 1/4" thick slices and place 1" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes or until edges are golden. Remove from cookie sheets and cool on racks.
