Have ready
½ C. real butter
2 T. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. all-purpose flour
1 C. pecan pieces
1/4 C. confectioner’s sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350.
Mix butter & honey together. Add all other ingredients except powdered sugar and mix well. With spoon and using hands, shape into 1-inch balls & place 1 inch apart on cookie sheet. Bake 12-14 min, until set & just beginning to brown. Let cool slightly. Put powdered sugar into bowl or on plate & roll cookies in it until coated. You can also color the sugar for colorful cookies.
