2/3 cup honey
1/2 cup oil 1 1/2 tbsp. salt
6 cups warm water
2 tbsp. SAF instant yeast
8 to 10 cups whole wheat flour
2 tbsp. enhancer or lecithin
1/2 cup gluten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix liquids, then add 5 to 6 cups flour and mix until of cake dough consistency. Add yeast and then beat in more flour and gluten, one cup at a time until dough is not sticky but still soft. If using a bread mixer, mix on high for 7 minutes, or knead by hand. Shape into loaves and put into oiled pans. Turn oven on (any temperature) for 60 seconds. Turn off oven and put loaves in oven. Let rise for 20 to 30 minutes, then carefully remove from oven. Turn oven to 375 and when preheated bake bread for 30 to 35 minutes until done.
