1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 can lower fat cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion, chopped
Vegetables such as peas, green beans, carrots, etc.
1 cups cooked wheat
Bread or corn flake crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Saute ground beef and onion in a small amount of oil; drain on paper towel. Add soup and vegetables to meat and onions. In oiled or sprayed casserole dish, put one cup of cooked wheat, then half the soup-meat mixture. Add the other cup of wheat, then top with the rest of the meat. Add the crumbs to the top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
