Ingredients:  
1. Wash wheat. to one cup whole kernel wheat add 2 cups water and 1/2 to 1 tsp. salt. Let soak overnight or for 12 hours, then place soaked wheat over heat and bring to a boil for about 5 minutes. Turn heat down to simmer and let cook until tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
2. Wash wheat. for one cup uncooked wheat, add 3 cups water and 2 beef bouillon cubes or some salt. Simmer 3 hours; let set at room temperature overnight.
