2 T. flour
1 egg, beaten
2 T. butter
1 C. pineapple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and stir until thick. Cool, Add 1 C. whipped cream or Cool Whip.Spread on top of set Jell-0. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese if desired.
