1 T. butter
2 medium onions, sliced
2 C. beef broth
Salt and pepper and paprika to taste
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Can beef broth
French bread slices, 1/2 thick
C. grated Parmesan cheese or shredded Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine onion and butter in a casserole 1 - 2 quart size.
Microwave, covered, on high setting 6 minutes or until onions are soft and translucent. Stir once and add broth and seasonings. Microwave until heated through. Pour into 2 bowls top with toasted French bread slices and C. grated Parmesan or shredded Swiss cheese. Heat until cheese melts.
