4 egg yolks, whites reserved
1 C. sugar +1/2 C sugar
Juice of 2 lemons
1 package Knox gelatin
C. water
1 C. whipping cream
1 graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Cook egg yolks, 1 C. sugar and lemon juice in a double broiler over low heat until sugar is dissolved.

Add gelatin that has been soaked in cold water. Cool this. Then beat egg whites with C. sugar until stiff. Whip 1 C. whipping cream. Fold cream and egg into first mixture. Put in Pyrex dish with graham cracker crust and chill.
