1 C. wild rice
3 C. boiling water
6 green onions including tops, chopped
stick butter
C. grated Parmesan cheese
6 slices crisp bacon, fried and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rice, water and onions. Cover and simmer until all liquid is absorbed. Then add butter, cheese and bacon. Heat in crock pot for 3 hours on low. Freezes well.
